Exploring how uncertainty and randomness affect the reliability and risk of structures under earthquakes.
About me
Marco Broccardo
Associate Professor at Università di Trento
Welcome to my research website. I am an Associate Professor at the University of Trento. My research interests focus on developing computational probabilistic and statistical tools for system analysis, earthquake engineering, and stochastic dynamics. Currently, I am engaged in three main research projects: probabilistic characterization of fluid-induced seismicity, Hamiltonian Monte Carlo for rare event estimations, probabilistic system resilience analysis.
